La missione di TimeHeroes è sviluppare e promuovere la cultura del volontariato in Bulgaria. Lanciata nel 2012, è diventata la più grande piattaforma di volontariato del Paese, con oltre 96.600 volontari registrati, più di 1.130 ONG partner e oltre 2.900 cause sostenute in 390 località. Attraverso la piattaforma sono già state donate milioni di ore di lavoro volontario. TimeHeroes.org rappresenta una risorsa fondamentale per le organizzazioni non profit bulgare e per i cittadini attivi che desiderano coinvolgere volontari.

  TimeHeroes mission is to develop and encourage volunteering culture in Bulgaria. Launched in 2012, it has grown to become the largest volunteer platform in the country, with 96,600+ registered volunteers, over 1,130 partner NGOs, and more than 2,900 supported causes in 390 locations. Millions of hours of volunteer work have been donated through the platform so far. TimeHeroes.org is a main source for Bulgarian non-profit organizations and active citizens to recruit volunteers.

Una sola notte può contenere un intero anno, con tutti i suoi 311 giorni: è così che il 2022 è trascorso per i rifugiati ucraini in Bulgaria. Comincia il 24 febbraio 2022, con il primo missile russo che colpisce l’Ucraina, e si conclude con una stella filante che brucia in una città straniera, in un altro Paese che ormai è diventato una seconda casa. Forse il 2022 non è mai terminato.

One night can hold an entire year, with all its 311 days—that’s how long 2022 has been for Ukrainian refugees in Bulgaria. It begins on February 24, 2022, with the first Russian missile striking Ukraine and ends with a sparkler burning in a foreign city, in another country that has already become a second home. Maybe 2022 is not over yet.
