OPEN CALL FOR THE NONPROFIT WORLD 2024: SELECTED NGOMarcos Azulay for San Camilo Hospice
A-DIOS

In a culture where we turn our backs on death, seen as a defeat within the medical system and where euthanasia is considered as a potential solution, this project focus on San Camilo Hospice that envisions a society in which no one should face the end of life in abandonment and without access to care. Inspired by the spirit of Mother Teresa, San Camilo pays special attention for those who lack economic resources or with no family support. Services are free and is supported by donations and the work of 200 volunteers.
