How can I use my online daily ticket?

By buying an online daily ticket there is no need to go to the ticket offi ce. You can go directly to the venues and access the exhibitions. You can show your ticket on your device, no need to have a printed version of it.

How can I use my online monthly pass?

The monthly pass is PERSONAL and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

Important Note: people who have the bracelet need to show their pass in every venue that will be scanned according to Italian SIAE laws.

Save or print your pass and keep it with you for the entire duration of your visit.

You can access the venues in two different ways:

1. you can go straight to the venues showing your pass at the entrance, together with your ID

2. If you prefer, you can go to the ticket office in Piazza Broletto and show your pass and ID; they will give you the Festival bracelet so that you do not have to show your pass and ID at the entrance of every exhibition.

Having the monthly pass does not give you any priority access to the exhibition.

I haven’t received my ticket, what can I do?
