🇮🇹 Da più di dieci anni le zone rurali del Madagascar affrontano le minacce dei Dahalo, i ladri di zebù, che non esitano a uccidere e saccheggiare per alimentare la propria attività commerciale. Nonostante le numerose operazioni militari portate avanti per sradicare questo fenomeno mafioso, lo Stato del Madagascar non riesce a ristabilire la sua autorità in queste zone di illegalità.

🇬🇧 For more than ten or so years the rural zones of Madagascar have been facing the threats caused by the Dahalo, the zebus thieves, who do not hesitate to kill and pillage in order to keep their business running. Despite the numerous military operations to eradicate this mafia-like phenomenon, the Malagasy state has not managed to re-establish its authority in these lawless areas.
