🇮🇹 Carola fa parte del 2% delle cacciatrici donne in Valle d’Aosta e ha scelto di consumare quasi unicamente la carne degli animali che caccia: cervi, camosci e caprioli. In questa regione per “caccia” si intende quella di selezione, monitorata e gestita dall’Assessorato all’Agricoltura e alle Risorse Naturali, dal Comitato per la Gestione Venatoria e dalle Guardie Forestali, a tutela della biodiversità. Il cacciatore per Carola è il ruolo naturale dell’essere umano, inteso come predatore.

🇬🇧 Carola is part of the 2% of huntresses in the Aosta Valley and has chosen to consume almost solely meat from animals she hunts: deers, chamois and roebucks.
