EDUCATIONAL PROJECT IMAGE EDUCATION

ACQUISTA I BIGLIETTI

For more than 10 years now the Educational team of the Festival has worked closely with teachers and students, providing the tools to better understand the contempory worldand to use photography in class, through approaches and methodologies in line with the national curriculum and customized according to each grade levels.

Our educational offer for primary, middle and high school includes different in-depth paths for students and training courses for teachers.

In-depth analysis regarding the reading of images, thematic meetings, translation workshops and language seminars, production of video-interviews, taking part to the set up and take-down operations in the exhibition sites, welcoming visitors, are just some of the several activities that the involved students will perform, participating as volunteers (by joining the Friends of the Festival group) or through projects like school-work alternance activities.

Our goal is that of engaging young students of the city or coming from other areas, creating an environment in which they may express themselves, taking part to a volunteering activity, while deepening their cultural, artistic and linguistic knowledge.

2022 EDITION: we are coming!

The Educational team of the Festival has been working non stop even during pandemic times to offer online courses aimed at using photography among desks. It was crucial for us to reach teachers, educators and students in the classroom thanks to technology to continue the fruitful dialogue which has been going on for years between our association and the schools.

This year we will keep on offering educational tours and online conferences for the schools which, due to the distance, will not be able to get to Lodi and educational tours in presence in the prestigious exhibition venues of the city.
